After years like engineer and entrepreneur, every day I am convinced more of the necessity than I have called the 5 essential P for an Entrepreneur. Not necessarily we must have a phenomenal idea or a new product, our success “almost” is assured if we developed and we have the following concepts in mind:
Professional: We must be a person who carries out our work with skill, application, seriousness, responsibility, honesty and effectiveness. Not leaving ends loose and able to fulfill its word.
Proactive: We must be of those people who cause that the things happen and not to be a mere observer of them, a creative one. Often inventor of businesses and more than nothing a detector of the real needs of its clients. And to be able to solve those problems and needs.
Perseverant: We never must ourselves give by won, we must know how to handle the decision times of its clients and to be always present and alert.
Patient: We must have all the patience of the world, the patience reaches all it. “The patience is the mother of all the sciences”. The good businesses not always are fast in executing themselves. It thinks about Dell that were delayed enough years in arriving where is, and also google.
Passion: Give you completely, everything to which you put passion result. The day that you lose the passion and you bore by your business or entrepreneur, think it, already arrived the moment from retire.
Many will be able to say that several of these characteristics are desirable in many activities. It is certain, but in this activity I consider them all necessary and essential for the success.
